Dreaming a silly little dream (1)…

So, in the midst of my “black world of funk” miasma of the soul, I had a dream this morning.

It was about rich people living in Nice, France. Now, I dunno, the dreamasters could be making a play on the Nice and Rich in France, or France being representative of the elite and wealthy of the world.

What I saw in my dream is that they were loaded down with gold, silver, and cash. And they were eating it. My Dream Jeanie told me that they should be flushing that money down the toilet so it could be put to good use.

“I don’t understand,” I said, “Why would you want to flush money down the toilet?”

Dream Jeanie pointed at the rich again and I saw that they were in actuality, eating shit. They had so much money that it was as useful as shit. How about that for a dream interpretation?

“Why?” I asked.

“Because,” said Dream Jeanie, “The time is coming where their money will not sustain them. If they eat shit, they get sick and die. So they had better start donating and giving instead of getting sick and septic.”

Make sense, yah?

My 1st day in jail

I spent some time in jail today. I was there for an hour and a half. I took my Primer Treatment Program and found about 60 men willing and ready to listen to what I had to say. I had an awesome experience! They want me to come back for 2 hours next time. They shared their feelings and spoke on topics that really meant something to them. I feel blessed and grateful that God placed this burden on my heart for them.

Okay, so, I’ve been doing some monster printing in the past 2 months working on these workbooks of mine. Well, I’ve spent about $200-250 on ink cartridges and paper combined. My friend Win said, “Todd, you need to look at getting a laser jet printer. A used one will cost you about $700 but it will pay for itself within 2 years.”

“But Win,” I said, “I don’t have $700.”

“Well, pray about it.”

Well guess what? I prayed and thought about it. Decided to at least look for one, something to price, you know, once I had the money.

I mentioned this to a friend at church on Sunday.

He told me he would help me out and to give him a call later in the week.

Yesterday, I called him.

He said, “Meet me at Walmart.”

I thought, “Ok, he’s going to show me what to look for! Cool!”

NOPE!

HE GAVE ME A BARELY USED $700 LASER PRINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHEN GOD GIVES, HE GIVES BIG!!!!!!!!!!
